XWMS Profile and Security

Secure your XWMS account with profile controls, password changes, email verification, 2FA, and session management.

Profile and Security

Your profile and security settings control your identity in XWMS. Some changes are simple profile updates. Other changes are sensitive and require account unlock.

Profile details

You can update:

• profile image
• first name and last name
• date of birth
• gender
• country
• saved addresses

After changing profile fields, save the form and review the confirmation prompt.

Password changes

Password changes require account unlock. A strong password should include at least 8 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and a number.

Email changes

Changing your email requires verification. XWMS sends a code to the new email address before the change is completed.

Two-factor authentication

2FA protects your account even if your password becomes known. Use an authenticator app, scan the QR code, and enter the 6-digit code to finish setup.

Active sessions

The sessions area shows the devices currently logged in to your account. Remove sessions you do not recognize. Your current device is protected from accidental removal.
